So what exactly is it that Savvy Home Setup does for you? Well, we take your empty, new investment property or home and put together all that furniture you ordered and set it up in your home. From putting together the staple pieces, like the dining table, couches, beds, and dressers; to unboxing and putting together your kitchen, laundry room, and bathroom necessities, such as your coffee maker, toaster, dishes, silverware, soap dispensers, and shower curtains. Our Story
It all started with a new investment property, a mountain of unassembled furniture and decor, and frustrated friends who were stuck in another county with less than a month until their first tenant was scheduled to move in. Unable to get back to Florida to set everything up themselves, and striking out on finding a furniture assembly - home setup company, we saw a need – a need for a helping hand to turn flat-pack frustration into stressless home setup.
That's how Savvy Home Setup was born.
We’ve been in our friends' shoes before. Owning several short-term rentals ourselves, trying to orchestrate the setup of each property, often from across the country, we truly understand the frustration, difficulty, and sometimes even delays in getting the property listed and producing income, that this can cause.
